Alphonse Raj, Managing Director, has over thirty years of industrial experience and is specialized in Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Project Management and Training. He has formerly served as Vice President in Alembic Ltd., International Flavours & Fragrances India Ltd. and Nutrine Confectionery Company Ltd. He has also served in senior management positions in Birla Yamaha, Bush Boake Allen, Niky Tasha, Ramco Cements, McDowells and Wrigley India. He was the first senior management employee of Wrigley India and was closely associated in the start up and setting up of Wrigley’s operations in India.

He has undergone training in internationally acclaimed institutes like Stephen Covey’s Covey Leadership Center, Watershed Associates Inc., Saville & Holdsworth Ltd. besides ASCI, IIM (Ahmedabad & Bangalore). He is specialized in conducting training programmes for middle and senior management and has traveled extensively in India and abroad to countries like Australia, China, Egypt, Israel, France, Germany, Netherlands, Philppines, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, UK and the USA on business.

Ranjitsingh Abraham , Director ,  who has got more than 15  years of experience in HR Function in different manufacturing companies.  A Post Graduate in Personnel Management and Diploma in Law & Training, he started his career in an engineering company specializing in HR & IR Functions. He was a part of  ‘ELGI’ group based at Coimbatore heading the HRD function of its parent company M/s L G Balakrishnan & Bros Ltd. 

He was associated with Japanese ( NATIONAL / PANASONIC)  and Korean multinational companies ( HWASHIN)  as DGM – HR   and has the reputation of having  involved in establishing two new Projects.He is specialized in  Recruitment, Training, Establishing HR Systems, and inculcating the Japanese way of working and has the distinct feature of having recruited more than 1500 employees at  all levels. He was trained in ‘Matsushita Industrial Co Ltd, Japan & Malaysia specializing  in HR Systems and Japanese Work Culture. 

Arul Joseph, Sr. Consultant is a Post Graduate in Business Management and has four years experience in Placement and Consultancy profession and was formerly with  M/S Excell Management Consulting Private Ltd., Chennai.
